Anusara class on Thursdays at studio 34 in West Philly
I will begin teaching a mixed level Anusara class beginning in February on Thursday evenings (7:45-9:15 pm) at the lovely studio 34 in West Philly.
Studio 34 is a studio with a vision: to develop a community that nurtures individuals and families in their pursuit of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. They celebrate, connect and create communities through healing and creative arts. I am excited to be supporting this space. www.studio34yoga.com

This blog is intended for anyone interested in Anusara yoga in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Anusara is just recently beginning to blossom here in the city. While I am currently the only certified teacher (and will only be teaching one weekly public class)--there are two excellent Anusara studios about 45-min -1 hr from the city, there are certified teachers that come to the city to offer workshops and there are a few wonderful teachers who have or are working towards Anusara-Inspired certification.
